You’d be welcome to. Give us a call or email [email protected] with the date/times you’re interested in booking let us know what sort of event or activity it is.
Can children swim and attend kids classes without adult supervision?
Children aged 8 years and under need to be accompanied by an adult in the pool. Ratio is one adult to two children. Once children are 12 years old, they can swim alone but we ask parents to be on site. Kids taking part in dryside classes like Zumba or Arts and Crafts don’t need a parent with them in the class, but we ask parents to stay on site. The Junior Gym is for 12-16 year olds at set times each afternoon and at weekends.
What is the difference between a steam room and a sauna?
Good question. A steam room provides wet heat, whereas a traditional sauna uses dry heat.
Do I need to book in advance for fitness classes?
Yes please – call 0113 256 0949. You can turn up on the day as well.
Do you host birthday parties?
Yes, for children and adult groups. You can hire the pool with the kids inflatable and/or the studio. We also host parties for adults, which combine use of the pool, steam room and our studio. Give us a call for details.
