We are delighted our gym will be re-opening from Wednesday, 2 December 2020.

1. Keeping you safe

Your safety is our main priority. We are operating a strict booking-only system and a reduced capacity of up to eight people for each session to ensure social distancing for everyone.

We’ve also put a rigorous cleaning regime in place before each session and social distancing guidelines to help keep people safe.

Please note that some pieces of equipment will not be available due to social distancing guidelines.

  • Come gym ready, there are no changing facilities here
  • Only bring essential items
  • Please arrive 5 minutes before your session starts
  • Check in with our receptionist, who will take your temperature.
  • Follow the one-way system around the gym, keeping social distancing at all times
  • Please wipe down equipment after use

3. How do I book?

You need to book all sessions in advance – absolutely no drop-ins. This helps us to make sure that the total number of people using the Centre is controlled. Details of how to book below:

Please don’t come if you have any Covid-19 symptoms, such as a  high temperature, a new, continuous cough, a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste or shortness of breath.
