We also provide Junior Gym sessions Tuesday’s and Thursday’s 12 – 13 year olds with one of our gym instructors to supervise the sessions. 14 – 16 year olds can attend any gym sessions without supervision but do require a junior gym induction.

Would you like to tone up, lose weight or improve your general fitness? Our friendly and informal gym might be just what you need. Our gym is open Monday to Sunday check out our timetable to find our opening and closing times. Also if you attend the gym or any of our facilities two or more times a week you will sasve money with our memberships.
