Garden

Bramley Baths has a lovely community garden that’s open to everyone and is maintained by a lovely group of friendly volunteers called the Bramley Baths Gardeners.

The gardeners meet to do some planting and weeding on a monthly basis during the warmer months – it’s good exercise and you get to make new friends. Everyone from grown ups to little seedlings welcome …

Pick your own produce at the Bramley Baths community garden.

If that’s not your thing, help yourselves to fresh fruit, herbs and veg any time, or just hang out there when the baths is open. The picnic table is calling…

Dig dates

Monthly dates for 2018 include:

  • Saturday, May 12 (10am-12pm)
  • Saturday, June 30 (10am-12pm)
  • Saturday, July 21 (10am-12pm)

All welcome – no previous gardening experience or knowledge is needed, just a willingness to get involved and make friends!

Family Dig Day

Bring the family along to the gardeners’ special free ‘dig day’ on Saturday, June 2 from 10am-12 noon. All welcome.

There will be rock painting for the kids as well as the chance to make your own miniature head with special cress hair which you can cut off and eat! You can have some fun in the garden with some planting. If the weather’s good, feel free to bring along your own picnic.
