We’ve added some extra Hatha Yoga sessions to our fitness programme and a brand new class, Yoga Nidra to extend our Yoga classes at the Baths.

Yoga Nidra is a powerful relaxation meditation technique performed in the lying position. It is one of the most beloved of all the relaxation-meditation techniques in the world today. This is because the technique is practical and easy to do and creates the deep rest and relaxation required for good health, mental peace and higher awareness.  Try it for yourself on Thursdays, 12pm to 12.45pm

Hatha Yoga classes are:
Wednesday 1.15pm to 2.30pm and evenings 6pm to 7pm
Thursdays 10.45pm to 12pm
Sundays 8.30am to 9.45am and 9.45am to 11.15am
