About Core Ball
Core Ball is a great way to strengthen your core muscles. If you struggle with back pain, core ball is proven to help, strenghening core muscles can take weight off the back to releve pain and can also help with balance.
When are the Core Ball Sessions?
Our Core Ball sessions are Friday mornings 9:15 – 9:55 am

The Core Ball Sessions are £5 Pay As you go
